Vriendelijk personeel, goede prijs-kwaliteitverhouding. De (familie)kamer was ruim, met alles wat je verwacht. De gemeenschappelijke ruimte was groot en goed ingericht. Ook de gratis fietsen en scooterverhuur (tegen een goede prijs) zijn erg fijn. Het (online) contact met de eigenaar verliep super. Als je vragen hebt wordt je perfect geholpen.
Ondanks dat de kinderen genoten hebben van het zwembad, hadden wij twijfels bij de hygiëne van het zwemwater.

De super lieve eigenares hielp ons om een visum te krijgen voor Laos, ook regelde ze de bus van Sa Pa naar Dien Bien Phu, en het vervoer naar Nong Khiaw bracht ze ook in orde! Daarnaast was het verblijf zelf zeer netjes, een ruime kamer met een prachtig uitzicht over de rijstvelden. We konden er zonder problemen brommers huren! We boekten een nacht bij omdat het zo geweldig was!
