空間乾淨，寬闊，有便利商店在附近，溝通方面快速有禮貌，交通位置對自駕的人往南或往北都方便，對親子旅客很友善。
和式房的冷氣不知道為何運轉大約一個小時，都會閃兩個燈就沒持續提供冷氣了，因為不熟悉操作不確定是冷氣問題還是操作問題，不過客廳冷氣可以吹進去和式房，所以還是可以安穩入眠，另外水壓比較小。另外因為消耗掉的塑膠瓶數量比較多，建議可以提供較大的塑膠瓶的回收空間。

広々していて清潔で、一通りのものは揃っていた。また、スタッフの対応もよかった。コンビニも近くて便利だった。
立地が特段良くない（近くに観光名所やビーチがあるわけでもない）ことを考えると、素泊まり代金としては高いと思う。大勢で泊まるなら割安感がでるかもしれません
