Casa Salitre

The flat was absolutely beautiful - clean, well supplied, bright and airy, with lots of beautiful space outside that we can cool down in the hot afternoons in Salobrena. We loved it so much! The flat was facing the right way with a big window. We could see beautiful sun / moon rise from the balcony and that added magical charm to our stay. There is no AC in the bedroom (there is one in the living room) but we didn't need it in the end of September, as there was enough wind came through the window. The kitchen was well equipped so we could prepare quick breakfast or lunch when we wanted to. Ana suggested some lovely restaurants in the short distance as well, all of them are spot on. We thoroughly enjoyed staying in beautiful Salobrena, and very thankful that we stayed in this lovely flat.

This flat is in the uphill of beautiful old town of Salobrena - which means you need to be aware you can't avoid walking up and down the hills and steps wherever you go, but this is the same everywhere if you stay in the old town. If you don't have a car, I strongly recommend you should arrange a local taxi in advance, from the bus station. Uber doesn't work in Salobrena, and there are often no taxi in the taxi rank near the bus station. We had a hard time because taxi company did not pick up the phone, let alone they don't have English commands on the phone either (to be fair the drivers spoke reasonable English but the recorded messages are only in Spanish - understandably)

El lugar es maravilloso, el apartamento muy cómodo y bonito, y la atención de la anfitriona estupenda.

El alojamiento está muy bien, la limpieza excelente y tiene de todo para pasar unos días

Para aparcar está muy mal, y desde donde aparcas (si tienes suerte ) hasta la puerta de la casa hay que bajar 83 escalones (los mismo que para subir cargados para ir a la playa) y para ir a ver el casco antiguo e ir a tomar algo a los bares que están cerca, son todo cuestas, escalones y más escalones, para ir a la playa con coche si o si
