8 / 10Excellent·Sep 2026
Oceanfront and cozy.
I extended and the staff was not informed and aggressively woke me out of my sleep Friday morning and I had initially been told I had to vacate the premises and return to check into the same room at 4pm. It took 12 hrs before I finally was able to talk to a human to get this resolved and he was excellent. The dining room set is a bit small for even the average size person and very uncomfortable, sharp edges. AI needs an adjustment.
