Casa Lomila BelaVista - Roof Terrace & 2 Balconies

In a good location with easy access. The balcony across to the Rio Formosa was always interesting. The flat was very clean, comfortable and mostly quiet.

Sadly we had no key to the roof terrace and so never got to see the whole view

Skøn meget stor lejlighed med dejlige terrasser med sol fra morgen til aften. 2 king size senge i 2 store soveværelser. Virkelig gode madrasser, dyner og puder. Det sidste soveværelse brugte vi ikke men det var i indretter med sovesofa og skrivebord og stol. I øvrigt er der også sovesofa i stuen. Skøn tagterrasse og 2 store badeværelser .Køkkenet er meget velfungerende og der er alt hvad man har brug for. Lejligheden ligger 7 minutter fra floden med restauranter osv. Supermarked tæt på og alt indenfor rækkevidde. Meget stille område. Vi kommer gerne igen. Kommunikation med udlejer var super god og hurtig. Tak.

Wir haben unseren Urlaub im Casa Lomila sehr genossen. Alles was man braucht, tolle Aussicht, hell und geräumig, super ausgestattet, bequeme Betten und alles sehr sauber. Zentrale aber trotzdem ruhige Lage im malerischen Städtchen Tavira. Emma ist sehr herzlich und hilfsbereit, in jedem Fall sehr empfehlenswert😊👍👍

Internally, the apartment was lovely. A good location, within walking distance to all Tavira has to offer

According to Booking.com information, we should have been met at the apartment. Arrival time provided. No one was there, contacted the agent, she was apparently expecting a call. Not according to details on Booking.com Agent arrived with the wrong apartment keys. When we gained entrance to the apartment, there was a painter on the balcony and scaffolding against balcony. Scaffolding remained for a week (balcony got sun through the day). Then advised terrace could not be used for a week - due to maintenance work. Later found out that the maintenance work had been ongoing for a month prior to when we arrived- but apparently apartment agents were not aware! Maintenance work started at about 8.30am with drilling - specifically on terrace immediately above and continued for 5 working days. The terrace detailed is shared with other apartments There was no hammock as per photos - least of worries
