Le proximité de la plage et des commerces. La climatisation dans le logement.
L'emplacement du logement fait penser au HLM de cités. Parvis en bas des logements pas très propres. Parties communes bruyantes même la nuit (Juillet et Août). La difficulté à se garer malgré le nombre de places..

Appartement propre, calme, literie confortable. Bien placé, à 3 minutes à pied de la mer, à proximité des commerces, activités et restaurants. Belle vue sur la ville depuis l’agréable balcon. Accueil sympathique et bonne communication.
Appartement difficile d’accès sans possibilité de se garer devant l’immeuble pour décharger les affaires, et un parking à proximité pris d’assaut. Manque d’équipements (ustensiles de cuisine, lumières centrale et extérieure ne marchent pas) Serrure de la salle de bain qui est visiblement cassée (réparation de fortune) et donc qui se bloque (ma fille est restée bloquée à l’intérieur).
