Loved staying here!!

This property was yards away from crashing surf and a long awe inspiring beach. It was a ten minute walk into the town, to the railway and bus stations and an excellent Spar supermarket. The town can act as a base for exploring the extremities of the beautiful Llyn peninsula using the local community buses. The apartment was very homely, functional, stylish and well designed. I particularly enjoyed the well chosen interior decor. The kitchen area was well equipped in the open plan living space with comfy sofa etc. It was unfortunate that there was a power cut which meant the heating went off when the owner was away, but we maintained good communication aimed at problem solving. Just " one of those things"!! A real change from my usual home environment in London to be undertaking an exploratory tour of N Wales with it's wonderful land, mountain and seascapes. Thoroughly recommended!!

The only thing was there was no hot water in the kitchen because of plumbing issues. Problem quickly solved by popping the kettle on for washing up the dishes.

The shower was poor could do with updating.i suffer with asthma so couldn't use feather pillows as allergic.so bought 2 and left them there could be used as spares for anyone else suffering allergies

We will definitely be back

Comfortable ground floor apartment for 2 adults in a lovely setting opposite the beach. This was an ideal base from where to explore. The High St has plenty of places to get food, but just along the promenade, Caffi Largo served great coffee, breakfast, and cake. The host, Rich, was very helpful. If we had a question or query, he would answer it quickly. We thoroughly enjoyed our short stay and were made very welcome.

The place was amazing, had everything you would want for a quiet get away. The place was clean and comfy. I would highly recommend. Its so quiet and you could hear a pin drop when the doors were closed, or leave them open to hear tthe waves crashing.

Good location for a relaxing break for two

Excellent communication with Rich. Great location immediately opposite the beach (note, beach not in view because of dunes and parked cars), and short walk from town. Modern, well-equipped apartment, clever conversion of former garage. Plenty of off-road parking on space in front of property. Previous comments about footstool in sitting area, and clothes hangers had been attended to. TV easy to use, and very fast, secure internet. Welcome gifts of prosecco, milk, and tasty Welsh cakes. Spacious bedroom, comfortable bed; limited hanging for clothes, but sufficient cupboard space for a holiday.

Mostly as noted by others. No hot water for kitchen sink (strange as plenty of very hot water in bathroom). Very small bathroom, but adequate (shower worked well.) Settee not very comfortable, but OK for the evenings. Back yard space uninspiring and needed a power wash, but it was the end of the season.

A superb little place.

A few paces out the front door and you are literally on the beach. Meanwhile, a fifteen minute walk and you're in town. The apartment is well furnished, with a comfy bed.

The location was excellent and the property was very clean and the bed was very comfortable.

There was no hot water in the kitchen so we had to boil a kettle for hot water. More drinking glasses were needed.

Pheasant and peaceful relaxing stay in a clean cosy comfortable apartment.

Loved the quiet location. Property was warm and comfortable.

Toilet seat was loose, shower pressure low but not unusable. No hot water in the kitchen sink. Exterior security light at the back of the property kept coming on during the night. Not sure if this was from a neighbouring property but was like daylight at times in the middle of the night.

location was great and the accommodation was comfortable and worked for us. The back yard was a welcome addition to the space as well.

The sofa bed is ok but you can feel the support underneath...it might benefit from a mattress cover to add comfort and make it not feel so much second best to the lovely bed room.

Lovely location, would stay again

Great location on the seafront, with driveway parking. The town is only a short walk away with dog friendly places. The apartment was very cosy, with a chilled bottle of prosecco and welsh cakes on arrival. The enclosed back garden was also very useful for our dog.

Great communication, easy check in, right on the beach front, and everything you need in the kitchen. Just cold at bedtime as couldn’t figure out the heating, although think we followed instructions. Welcome book informative.

Warm, comfortable, modern, well equipped. Spotlessly clean. Easy entry with key box. Friendly messaging by owner, and nice welcome provisions. Quiet location on sea front and only a short walk into the town.

Excellent location right on the beach front, great host and wonderful stay overall. Lots of lovely details including tea and coffee, fresh milk and Prosecco! Everything is to a lovely finish and high standard.

There was nothing we didn’t like, a consideration would be to add a little footstool to put your feet up when chilling on the sofa
