Everything! Spacious house, spotless and very well equipped. Maintenance is coming to clean and organize. We didn't expect it. Closed parking. The price was reasonable, and the value was high. We come to Swakopmund every winter for a few weeks; this was by far the best place for us in recent years.

The location required a vehicle to reach the center, but we liked the quiet neighborhood.

The picking up and dropping off of keys was inconviniencing.

From the moment we arrived, we were warmly welcomed by the staff, who were absolutely amazing, attentive, and consistently went above and beyond to ensure our stay was comfortable and enjoyable. Having traveled extensively around the world, we’ve stayed in many self-catering accommodations, but Comorant stands out as one of the very best. It was the first place we’ve ever stayed that thoughtfully provided all the essential cleaning supplies, including dishwasher soap, dish soap, and washing machine detergen eliminating the usual inconvenience of having to purchase these ourselves. The kitchen was exceptionally well-equipped with quality pots and pans, making it a pleasure to prepare meals. Even small but appreciated details, like the provision of black bags for trash, were covere something most places overlook. This level of attention to guest comfort and practicality truly sets Comorant apart. The unit itself was spotless, spacious and well-maintained, offering everything needed for a relaxed and worry-free stay. We highly recommend Swakopmund Comorant Self Catering Unit to anyone seeking a well-appointed, comfortable and thoughtfully managed.
