We loved the homely feel and extra luxury touches throughout, the owners have an incredible eye for detail. Lots of extras have been incredibly thoughtfully provided including an honesty box bar and good quality linen. The Yarden is stunning. We loved the position of the property for eating out in Heaton.
Could do with black out blinds or curtains to ensure a more restful break. We didn't find the sofa particularly comfortable but maybe this is personal choice and needs.

Location was chosen as it was close to family. Area quiet. Facilities excellent. Comfy bed and good shower. Easy to park outside at no cost. I have stayed in several properties in the area over the last 4 years . This is the best.
The only thing I didn't like was the noise from the upstairs flat . I was woken up at 5am both days . Not sure if it was a person or a dog
