Le confort et la discrétion. La conciergerie est au top. L'hôtesse a été très patiente au téléphone car j'ai dû la solliciter plusieurs fois( mauvaise localisation GPS, et fonctionnement du jacuzzi).
Le déshumidificateur n'avait pas été vidé, et pas de liquide vaisselle. nb pas de vue sur Rouen comme indiqué sur le site ( l'appartement donne sur une courette au rdc).

La chambre en général, le jacuzzi avec Bluetooth, la télévision. L’intérieur ne reflète pas l’extérieur, la décoration est très soigné, cocooning. Très bon rapport qualité prix.
Le logement se situe dans une impasse assez étrange. La localisation est assez compliqué à trouver. Le portail est complètement défectueux, il est seulement fixé en bas. Impossible de prendre une douche car l’eau est extrêmement brûlante. Le bruit extérieur insupportable (voisin du dessus bruyant la nuit et discussions nocturnes dans le hall d’entrée et sur la terrasse. )
