駅近で便利、やや洗濯がめんどう。

全体としてはとても便利に利用させて頂きました。機会があればまた利用させて頂こうと思います。

大宮駅にも徒歩すぐで、立地が良いのにリーズナブルに宿泊出来て、大変助かりました。建物は古そうでしたが、キレイに清掃もされていて、快適に過ごせました。

一点、不具合があって、クレーム言うほどではなかったので、一応チェックアウト時にメールで連絡させて頂いたのですが、返信ではそこはスルーされてしまったのでそこだけは残念でした。確認して善処します、だけでよかったのですが。

駅まで近いこと。お部屋が清潔感があって家族で泊っても問題なかった。

湯沸かしポットが壊れていた？のかコンセントを入れても使えなかった。でも、備え付けの鍋でお湯が沸かせたので、問題はありませんでした。暗証番号の連絡が、少しわかりにくかったです。

ベッドが広く、硬さもちょうど良くて寝心地がよかった。テレビがプロジェクターとなっていて、部屋がスッキリしていた。アパートタイプは広くて、冷蔵庫も大きく過ごしやすい。

便座はきれいだったが、トイレの便座のフタ、便座とタンクの間にホコリが多かったのが残念。

事前に情報をよく読んで！

洗濯機があるので長期滞在の方には向いているかもしれません。さまざまな箇所に英語と中国語で案内があるので、外国人バックパッカー向けの民泊のような印象でした。シャンプーは殆ど無臭でした。歯ブラシは4組、置かれていました。無人なので分からないことは問い合わせることになります。スタッフさんは2コールほどですぐに出てくれます、対応はドライです。

キッチンの換気扇の止め方がわからず5月だというのに肌寒かったです。冷蔵庫も設定温度が低かったのか、翌朝食べるために入れておいたサンドイッチのレタスが凍っていました（笑）キッチンがあるので、数日滞在予定で料理もされる予定の方にとっては、よく冷える冷蔵庫はありがたいかもしれませんね。事前に念入りにチェックしていなかった自分が悪いのですが、宿泊代+清掃料が5000円ほどかかります… bookingアプリで「安い順」に並べ替えたときに一番上にあったので誤って予約してしまったので、結果的に予算オーバーでした。寝巻きもガウンもなかったので仕事着のまま眠り、翌朝シャワーを浴びて出勤しました。

電気とプロジェクターが一緒になったアラジンがあってとても良かった！！ゲームも出来て、映画も見れる！また、トイレとお風呂も別なので、複数人で来た時に快適に過ごせました。

エスカレーターは無く、３階まで階段で上がりました…。あとは冷蔵庫上のほこりが気になりました…！
