    We stayed here for 3 nights as we were attending a function nearby. The room was spacious and clean. AC was working well. Toilet was clean. Staff was attentive and prompt whenever we needed anything.

    I will not recommend this hotel to anyone. No dining area, I booked with complimentary breakfast, Hotel provide 30 rupees packed Idli Dhosa without any cutlery, (Plate, Bowl, Spoon) How you eat samber and chutny without spoon and bowl. They charge more than *** for a day and facility zero. Even television not working due to not recharge the DTH or OTT. I request them to cancel my next two days booking after staying for two days, Hotel reply that they cancel only in Death Cause. Means if I dead then only they refund my amount after deduction. Pathetic. There is an another Hotel nearby By the name of ***, I suggest that hotel rather than Citi Luxe.
