A 3% cancellation fee applies to all reservations to cover transaction costs. If canceled within the applicable cancellation window, a 97% refund will be issued.
Guest access directly at the unit - door code will provided in check-in instructions 48 hours prior to arrival.

There is one (1) designated parking stall for this unit. If bringing more than 1 vehicle, non-designated parking is available throughout the resort on a first-come first-service basis.

As such, we have no control over the availability, maintenance schedule, or operational status of these amenities. Because these amenities are outside of our control, we cannot guarantee their availability, and we do not offer refunds- partial or full- for their unavailability. Our stay was nice, we love the location. We stayed on the opposite side of the condo last time and we preferred that it had more privacy but this was fine too

Very clean and excellent support from rental company when I thought our refrigerator wasn’t working. It was actually fine but they came up with a solution pretty late in the evening. The unit and building are really very dated and in need of a facelift. But it is very functional. Staff on site very friendly.

Great condo right on the hill! We enjoyed skiing in during the day with our kids/teens and coming back to a clean, warm (with a real fireplace), welcoming condo when the lifts close. You can't beat the location right off of bridge run. We'd love to be back next year!

This was a great location. We enjoyed some hiking in nearby parks and the winery was just down the street. We found the unit not really suitable for older knees! The stairs were steep for us.
