Sunny one bedroom upstairs apartment located in Winooski. Comfortable and clean with off-street parking. Great restaurants and bars only a few minutes away. 15 minute walk to downtown Winooski and 10 minute drive to Church Street in Burlington. A wonderful spot to start your adventures in Vermont!

Cozy and Convenient This is our second time staying in this apartment. It is within walking distance to the shops and restaurants of Winooski. It is also close to the UVM campus so we could easily meet up with our student daughter. It is clean and comfortable. Would definitely stay again!

This was the perfect place we needed for UVM move-in for our first-year daughter. Description as cozy, clean and bright is 100% accurate. Hosts were excellent with communication, accommodating our needs and we’ve already booked our next stay. Close/convenient to UVM while still having space from campus. Some traffic noise at night along Mallets Bay drive and air traffic, nothing major. Well-appointed, combo options of coffee maker were nice, safe and convenient parking. A larger person may have a little difficulty with the narrow bathroom layout. Otherwise highly recommend and looking forward to our next stay!

A perfect cozy getaway! This vacation rental was immaculately clean and thoughtfully maintained. The space was warm and inviting, making us feel right at home. The location was incredibly convenient. Winooski is a charming town with lovely restaurants and shops. It is also incredibly easy to access the UVM campus and downtown Burlington. The quiet neighborhood ensured a relaxing stay. The hosts were attentive and accommodating. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a comfortable and hassle-free getaway!

Great place, ez access and walkable. Clean and well kept. Not sure if taller individuals can manage the ceilings and bathroom.
