Guest agrees to complete a third-party encrypted ID verification independent of the platform booked on for security purposes. If the guest does not complete the verification or the host is not comfortable with the screening results, host may cancel the reservation with full refund to the guest.

My husband, his 87 yr old mother and I stayed here for an extended weekend. We were in Colorado for a special celebration at the monastery which was only 2.7 miles from the house. It was a perfect fit for the 3 of us. All the comforts of home, convenient to the airport, shopping and restaurants. Hosts were very quick to respond to inquiries and suggested some great restaurants. We truly enjoyed sitting out on the patio, house was very clean, comfortable beds, nice open floor plan.

My husband and my son and his wife rented this home for some medical procedures in the area. It was a lovely neighborhood, beautiful view and room we all could have our own space. The home has two long beds which is hard to find. So we each had like a mater suite
We ended up having to extend our stay and the host was quick to respond and work with us that took some stress off our family.
The beds were comfortable and the kitchen was awesome. They even have games to play.
