The Buchanan suite offers a glimpse into history within its separate living room, kitchen, and bedroom spaces. Designed with comfort in mind, this inviting retreat is ideal for four guests.
In the living room, discover a queen sleeper sofa and a space perfect for gathering with your friends or family. Transition into the bedroom, where a king-size bed awaits, promising nights of peaceful sleep.
The renovated bathroom off the bedroom is complete with a comforting tub/shower combination and the added convenience of a washer/dryer at your disposal.
Step outside onto the spacious porch, where rocking chairs await, and an outdoor dining area invites moments of al fresco indulgence. Savor the tranquility of this charming retreat, where every corner whispers tales of comfort and every moment is steeped in genuine hospitality.

-These charming suites are part of a shared building, each offering its own unique ambiance and amenities. Additionally, for those seeking a collective experience, all six units can be booked together, providing a perfect setting for family reunions, group getaways, or intimate celebrations amidst the historic charm of the McKenzie Guest House.
-The main building, standing tall as the original two-story hotel, once provided respite to stagecoach travelers and offered lodging and meals for the modest sum of 25 cents!
-Your AirBnB charges will NOT include your pet fee of $155/pet (plus tax). If this home allows pets at the time of booking and you have included any pets in your folio at checkout, a $155/pet fee (plus tax) will be required to pay separately to the property management company prior to check-in.
-1 dog is welcome in this home. No other animals are allowed without specific SunnyDays approval.
-Please note the pet fee in your booking is 'per pet'. If you're booking more than 1 pet, the additional pet fee (plus tax) will be required to be paid after booking.

Our stay here was great! Wife and I loved the fact that it was right in downtown Marble Falls. We were able to walk around without having to drive to anything downtown wise. Only issue we ran into was not having towels for us to use for showers but they responded quick and were eventually able to deliver that to us same day. It is an older place, but they do mention that in the description so don’t be surprised by the creaking floors. It was clean and pretty well put together. Overall, we enjoyed our stay here!

Fit our needs for the weekend including our 3 month old puppy. Dog friendly but she stepped on the rodent gel trap in the closet. Took cutting her fur off her feet to get it out. For a dog friendly place it could be placed better. But otherwise it was perfect

The place is located in downtown Marble Falls which made it so convenient to most everything. We had such a nice stay.

Unit was clean and comfortable and in a great location right in historic downtown Marble Falls. Unit would benefit from a cutting board and a few more dishes.
