About this house rental
Located on the heights of Mandelieu, 9km from Cannes and the famous Croisette, this magnificent fully renovated villa is ideal for relaxing during a peaceful vacation. Situated on a fenced plot of 2800m², it offers a panoramic sea view over the Lérins Islands and the Cannes basin. The property features a large heated chlorine pool (additional cost) (12m x 5m - max depth 1.6m). There's also a pool house with a summer kitchen, Weber gas barbecue, pergola, large outdoor dining table, garden lounge, and sun loungers. Other amenities include a ping pong table, billiards, and parking for 2 cars. The beach and golf course are 4.5km away, while shops and restaurants are 2km away.
The fully air-conditioned villa spans 210 m² over 2 levels:
Double living room with smart TV (215cm), billiards, and fireplace. Access to a large terrace with sea view.
Fully equipped kitchen: induction hob, extractor hood, oven, microwave, refrigerator, freezer, kettle, toaster, Nespresso machine, TV.
Dining room with table for 10 people.
Guest toilet.
1 bedroom with a double bed (160cm), storage, and access to an outdoor terrace with sea view.
1 bedroom with a double bed (140cm), storage, and access to an outdoor terrace with sea view.
Separate shower room with shower and toilet.
On the lower level:
Pool house with washing machine, dryer, American fridge. External access to the terrace and pool.

The access road to the villa has a fairly steep descent that is not suitable for low-slung cars.
