The apartment is located in the attic of the main building with a view of the garden and is suitable for a maximum of 4 people. It has a modern, cozy living room with a dining area and well-equipped open kitchen, large bathroom with shower and XXL bathtub, and a bedroom with double bed. The bedroom has a wide double bed. A cot or extra bed can be set up. In the living room you will also find a sofa bed for 2 people, which can be placed as a double bed or as single beds. Books and pictures round off the appealing overall impression. Since there is no general lounge or breakfast room in the property, it would be convenient for guests to take over their own breakfast provisions. In the fully equipped kitchens, coffee, tea, condensed milk and homemade jam are always available. I am happy to take over an appropriate shopping service by arrangement to provide missing things according to your wishes. There are two terraces on the property that can be used by guests. The garden includes a pergola house and a fireplace. A small pond with a wooden bridge provides access to the romantic arcade house, which can accommodate 4-6 people even in bad weather. The garden can be used by all guests. Guests have a total of two parking spaces in the double garage and one parking space on the property. Further, free public parking is 50 m away.

• Bedroom: A separate, quiet bedroom equipped with a wide, comfortable double bed. An extra bed is possible.
• Wellness bathroom: Spacious daylight bathroom with a shower and a luxurious XXL bathtub invites you to relax.
Parking & infrastructure
• Parking at the house: The entire property (a total of 4 apartments) includes 3 in-house parking spaces.
• Alternative parking spaces: Other public parking spaces are available in the immediate vicinity, only about 50 meters from the house.



Arrival is possible from 15:00 to 20:00 and departure from 07:00 to 10:00.
