Dear Guests, our apartment is 67 square meters in size, offers optimal comfort for up to 4 people, and is equipped with Wi-Fi, among other amenities.
Additional amenities include a kitchen with a breathtaking view of the Waren marina. The view makes every meal a secondary concern. Watch as the luxury yachts sail into the harbor and moor at the shore. The living room, with its fireplace and built-in sauna for 4 people, is particularly special. Even if you have a few more guests, the living room can be converted into a bedroom with the sleeper sofa.

We’d be happy to arrange a parking spot for you in the immediate vicinity for €7.50 per day. (Only for the entire stay; must be booked in advance)
Special Features

During peak season, you pay just €30 per bike for your entire stay.
In addition, a wine testing is offered every Wednesday at 5:00 p.m., subject to prior reservation.

Seaview Apartment:
The Sea View Apartment is a three-room apartment measuring 67 m². It features a bedroom with a 180x200 5-star box-spring bed. In front of the floor-to-ceiling windows are two comfortable armchairs from which you can enjoy a great view of the marina and the incoming ships, as well as the flat-screen TV. The built-in sauna is a dream on cool days.
The open-concept kitchen is accessed through a double door and features modern, bright furnishings. These include comfortable rocking chairs around a large table that can comfortably seat four people. The kitchen is fully equipped to meet every need—even a dishwasher has been included.
The elegant decor lends the room a cozy, warm atmosphere.
The adjoining hallway leads to the fully equipped bathroom.
Check-in is possible from 3:00 to 20:00, and check-out is from 07:00 to 10:00.
