The NON-SMOKING apartment with a balcony features hardwood floors and measures 28 square meters. The living room is equipped with a small flat-screen TV, a CD/MD radio, a dining area, and an open kitchenette. You can receive all major TV channels via cable.
The standard kitchenware—including plates, bowls, glasses, etc.—is supplemented by a microwave. You’ll also find a coffee maker, toaster, egg cooker, electric hand mixer, and microwave-safe dishes. The kitchenette also features a 2-burner stove. The bedroom is furnished with a double bed and a radio alarm clock. The bathroom has a shower and a hair dryer. You can access the furnished balcony from the living room.
On the first floor, a washing machine and a coin-operated dryer are available to all guests for a fee. The apartment is heated by a hot-water central heating system.
The house, with its three vacation apartments of varying sizes, is situated on an approximately 800-square-meter lot sparsely covered with pine trees on the edge of a public mixed forest, through which you can walk downhill to reach the Baltic Sea coast with its fine-sand beach in about 10 minutes. It is situated in a quiet location at the end of an unpaved road with no through traffic (dead-end).
In the opposite direction, it takes about the same amount of time to reach the Achterwasser and the Zinnowitz Yacht Club.
On the property, there is a covered seating area with a grill for shared use. Next to the house, you’ll find a lockable bike shed. Free parking spaces are available in front of the house. One parking space is available per apartment.
The initial supply of bed linens and towels is already included in the total price. On the first floor, a washing machine and a vented dryer are available to all guests for a fee (coin-operated machine).
