The “Nordische Träume” house (formerly known as “Altes Siel”) with its five vacation apartments is situated in a prime, very quiet location in the North Sea spa town of Bensersiel, in the immediate vicinity of the “Nordseetherme” bathing and wellness complex and directly behind the dike. The North Sea spa town of Bensersiel is situated directly on the unique natural wonder that is the “Lower Saxony Wadden Sea National Park,” a “UNESCO World Natural Heritage Site” since 2009.
The five vacation apartments in the “Nordische Träume” building are modern, cozy, and tastefully furnished, as well as very comfortably equipped. The vacation apartments measure approximately 50 or 45 square meters; 2 of the 4 apartments are ideally suited for 2 to 4 people plus a small child and feature a spacious living area with an integrated, fully equipped kitchen and seating area, as well as two bedrooms and a bathroom with a shower, sink, and toilet, and either a terrace or a balcony.
The fifth apartment is called “Island” and is located on the top floor of the building, offering a view over the dike to the North Sea and the offshore islands. This “Island” apartment, suitable for 1 to 2 people plus an additional toddler, features a living area with a fully equipped kitchen, a bedroom, and a bathroom with a shower, sink, and toilet.
