The Ostseepark-Zempin vacation residence is idyllically situated behind the dunes in the picturesque Baltic Sea resort town of Zempin. The vacation apartment is available year-round for up to 4 people. The modernly furnished 92-square-meter apartment invites you to relax and feel at home with its cozy atmosphere and two balconies. Here, you can leave the stress of everyday life behind and enjoy a pleasant atmosphere. Families with children are well catered for; there is a lovely playground within the complex. The grounds feature a communal barbecue area that guests are welcome to use, as well as a communal laundry and drying room with 2 washing machines and 1 dryer (for a fee).



WE 42:

The vacation rental spans two floors and is very spacious and comfortably furnished. On the first floor, you’ll find the living room with a large corner sofa, flat-screen TV, DVD player, and radio; a bathroom with a shower and toilet; and a lovely corner balcony with a beach chair and balcony furniture. The open-concept kitchen is equipped with a ceramic cooktop, oven, refrigerator, freezer, toaster, coffee maker, electric kettle, glasses, silverware, and dishes. The upper floor, featuring the two bedrooms and a second bathroom with a shower, bathtub, and toilet, offers another balcony with a small seating area where you can comfortably enjoy the first rays of sunshine. During the colder months, underfloor heating ensures cozy warmth. The vacation rental is situated in a quiet location at the end of the street in the Ostseepark Zempin vacation complex, built in 2011.
Families with children are well catered for, as there is a lovely playground within the complex. The grounds feature a communal barbecue area as well as a communal laundry and drying room with 2 washing machines and 1 dryer, which can be used for a fee. Laundry tokens can be purchased at the front desk.

Please note:
Upon arrival, please park your car in parking space No. 42 and then walk to the reception desk at Oberförsterweg 12.
One parking space is available free of charge directly at the accommodation.
If you are arriving with two cars, the second car must be parked in the municipality’s public parking lot on Seestraße for a fee. Unfortunately, there are no additional parking spaces available on the grounds of the vacation complex.

Services to be paid for on site must be settled upon arrival/key handover.
Only cash payments are accepted (no card payments).



Check-in is from 3:00 to 18:00, and check-out is from 08:00 to 10:00.
