About this house rental
The perfect vacation for the whole family, featuring a patio, patio furniture, a grill, a seating area in the garden, and a spacious property with mature trees (park-like grounds, a linden tree-lined avenue, and an orchard). Located on a farm not far from the Baltic Sea, this is the perfect place to unwind and relax. Both half-houses have been completely renovated and furnished to a high standard, making them ideal for large families, groups of friends, and seniors.
“Hahn und Henne” Vacation Rental:
The 4-star Hahn & Henne half of a duplex (86 square meters) spans two levels and is furnished in a modern country house style. The flooring consists of tiles, warm hardwood floors, or high-quality vinyl.
First floor:
- Underfloor heating throughout the house
- Open-concept living room and kitchen with a spacious built-in kitchen, including a microwave, dishwasher, and kitchen linens
- Guest restroom
- Storage room
- Terrace with patio furniture, lounge chairs, and a grill
First floor:
- 1 bedroom: 1 double bed; 1 bedroom: 2 single beds; Bedding included
- Small loft with a cozy reading chair, a selection of books, and a workspace
- Shower/toilet with towel warmer; Towels included
. If you’d like a change during your stay, it’s 5 euros for bed linens and 5 euros for a set of towels. A maximum of 2 dogs may be booked. Wi-Fi and a parking space are, of course, available free of charge.
