Studio Jasmund is a 30-square-meter one-room apartment for 1–2 people and consists of a combined living room/bedroom with an integrated kitchenette, a bathroom, and a terrace (12 square meters).

Living area with a cozy couch and armchair, sleeping area with a high-quality hotel box-spring bed featuring a disc-supporting spring mattress (1.60 m x 2 m), wardrobe, dresser, mirror, TV (satellite TV/radio), CD player, dining area, fully equipped kitchenette with a 2-burner ceramic cooktop, exhaust fan, microwave with grill and convection functions, dishwasher, and refrigerator with freezer compartment, bathroom with large shower, toilet, hair dryer, and makeup mirror, east-facing terrace with modern furniture and a grill, shared entryway with the Feuerstein apartment.
The fee for a linen package per person, including bed linens and towels, is already included in the rental price; a change of bed linens and/or towels is available for a fee.
Pets are not allowed in this apartment! Pets are only allowed in the Dornbusch, Sommernachtstraum, and Findling apartments.
In the building, you can use the washer and dryer for a fee. The on-site sauna can only be used after making a reservation on-site (for a fee).

Our Kunsthof Salsitz is nestled between a picturesque avenue of linden trees and the Salsitz Biotope on a 5,700-square-meter property on the outskirts of Lohme. The center of Lohme is just a short 5-minute walk away.
Kunsthof Salsitz features a total of 8 vacation apartments ranging from 19 to 65 square meters, each designed in a modern, unique style with warm, natural tones and lovingly furnished to be comfortable and filled with art. All apartments have a separate entrance and offer free Wi-Fi.
Each apartment features an outdoor terrace with patio furniture, a parasol, and a grill. In addition, we have a large natural and vegetable garden where, in addition to a variety of flower beds, you’ll find roadside flowers and medicinal plants, as well as various quiet areas with seating groups and lounge chairs for relaxing. Sometimes quite obvious, sometimes quite hidden, you can discover works of art by the owner in the garden and, if you like them, purchase them.
CDs and books provided in the apartments offer entertainment, or you can enjoy the famous Lohm sunset over the Baltic Sea in the garden in the evening—or, or… simply indulge in some creative idleness. Especially during the early and late seasons, the on-site sauna offers all guests additional moments of well-being and relaxation (sauna use is only available upon prior reservation at the property and for a fee).
Dog owners are also very welcome here, but please note that additional fees apply and not all apartments allow pets. You may bring a maximum of 2 pets only in the “Dornbusch,” “Sommernachtstraum,” and “Findling” apartments; please specify the number during the booking process. Out of consideration for other guests, pets must be kept on a leash throughout the entire property.
A washing machine and dryer are available in the building and can be used by guests for a fee as shared facilities.
Each apartment has a free parking space on the property, and there is also a lockable room available for storing bicycles.
The public transit bus stop is just a few minutes’ walk away. For guests arriving by train, we offer a free shuttle to and from Sagard or Sassnitz by arrangement.
A solar panel system is installed on the roof of the building, and we purchase our electricity from Naturstrom.
Check-in is available from 3:00 to 20:00, and check-out is from 07:00 to 10:00.
