Every apartment in our luxury vacation complex offers a breathtaking panoramic view of the Szczecin Lagoon from its spacious sun terraces. The fantastic view of the sun-sparkling water will enchant you.
All terrace apartments and units are tastefully and modernly furnished. Spacious lawns with landscaped walkways surround our vacation homes. Individual terraces with seating areas along the cliffs invite you to linger.
Facilities for shared leisure activities, including wellness and fitness, are available to you free of charge. Look forward to our saunas and infrared cabins. You’re also welcome to book a relaxing massage.
Several outdoor playgrounds await your children, featuring a climbing tower, playground equipment, a zip line, and a soccer field. In case of bad weather, your children will find plenty of play options in the indoor playroom.
You can get together at our bocce court or in the common room for fitness and table tennis.
The basement level features a billiards room and a common room for darts and foosball, as well as a club room for socializing, complete with a sports viewing area and a bar.
Our bike rental service has classic touring bikes available for you (subject to availability and for a fee).
You’re also welcome to bring your own bikes and store them safely in lockable bike rooms.
There are several barbecue areas in front of the houses that you’re free to use.
Your dog is welcome here. We ask that you keep your dog on a leash within our vacation complex. Outside our grounds, there are wide fields and meadows where your dog can run freely and safely.
Via the famous imperial spa towns of Bansin, Heringsdorf, and Ahlbeck—all located not far from us—the unique Usedom Baltic Sea beach can be reached by car in a maximum of 15 minutes. About halfway there, you’ll reach the Korswandt golf course. As our guests, you’ll receive discounted tickets here. Quieter stretches of beach can be found in Swinemünde.
We highly recommend a visit to the quaint fishing village of Kamminke with its beach on the lagoon coast. The open-air restaurant at the harbor offers fresh seafood and a spot to enjoy breathtaking sunsets.

Welcome to the Kliffkante Apartment.
This light-filled, bright 4-room apartment on the top floor of Building 7 (elevator available) can accommodate up to 6 people. It offers 100 m² of living space and features 3 bedrooms and 2 fully equipped bathrooms with showers. The large, 17 m² sun terrace enjoys an ideal south-facing orientation. The apartment is modernly furnished with an open-concept living-dining area, a large dining table, a leather sofa, and a smart TV (including a Sky subscription). The high-quality kitchen, which opens onto the living area, leaves nothing to be desired. A restful night’s sleep is guaranteed in the two bedrooms, each featuring box-spring beds and a smart TV. The third bedroom includes a comfortable sleeper sofa (sleeping area: 1.60 x 2.00 m) and a smart TV. The en suite bathroom is equipped with a walk-in shower. On the large, covered sun balcony with a dining set, two lounge chairs, footstools, and a parasol, you can unwind and relax.

Your dog is welcome here. Within the resort grounds, we ask that you keep your dog on a leash out of consideration for other guests. Outside our grounds, wide-open fields and meadows offer plenty of space for your dog to run freely and safely.
A parking space under the carport is available to you free of charge. Additional parking spaces are available about 250 m away. You can use the Wi-Fi network free of charge. Upon request, we can provide a high chair and a travel crib for a fee. In the basement of the house, you can use the washing machine and dryer for a fee. You can securely store your bicycles in the lockable bike room (outlet for e-bikes available). The wellness and recreation areas (sauna, infrared cabin, relaxation room, fitness room with a ping-pong table) are located in the building’s basement and can be used free of charge.
In the basement of Buildings 1 and 2, there is an additional 365 m² leisure, fitness, and wellness area covering 365 m², featuring several saunas, a fitness room, massage room, and lounge, as well as a playroom for toddlers, billiards, and foosball. This area is available to you free of charge and caters to the interests of all age groups.
Check-in is from 4:00 p.m. to 6:00, and check-out is from 8:00 a.m. to 10:00 a.m.
