The lake home was perfect for our visit to Winter Haven. The private dock is just the right place for coffee and morning sunrise. We enjoyed our stay and the comfortable home. One suggestion would be to improve the sheets on the primary room queen bed. The sheets felt old and worn out. The pillows could use an upgrade as well. Other than that the home was very nice.

House was wonderful. Had a problem with AC that the host took care of. Some small items need attention such as shower rod in second bathroom and the pots and pans were ancient and need to be replaced

This property was very nice! It was very relaxing and provided me with a very nice host location for family that I was visiting in the area. The property manager was extremely professional and accommodating.

Sadly, we were not able to enjoy our stay as the AC failed. This rating is not at all a reflection of the owner or the house. Owner was very responsive and immediately cancelled our reservation/issued a credit. This is a beautiful home in an ideal location. I would highly recommend it and would definitely consider renting in the future.
