Come stay in this beautiful vintage building overlooking Downtown Galena. Easy access to all the shops and Cafes. Spacious 2-bedroom apartment with 1 queen bed and 1 double bed, living room, dining room and kitchen. This apartment has 1 flight of stairs. Wi-Fi included. Please note the entrance is located at 232 S. Bench Street. Children under 16 are not allowed. No Pets and No Smoking allowed. We also have 8 other apartments available in the same building to select from.

We stayed there for our annual Sister’s Weekend.This property is in a fabulous location if you’re looking for a convenient place to stay for downtown shopping and dining. It was clean, and exactly as depicted in the photos. The only negative we had was the water pressure in the shower is really low. And while the description says the apartment has a flight of stairs, it would be more accurate to state that a steep flight of stairs is necessary to access apartments 5 & 6, so if stairs present a difficulty for you, think twice about those 2 apartments. Parking along Bench Street is free but open spaces could be difficult to find. I would stay there again. We lucked out in finding spots within a block and a half each time we returned to the apartment. Those issues were not enough to prevent us from staying there in the future, though. Great communication with the owner!

Perfect location for two friends enjoying a reunion together in Galena. Would not recommend for anybody who struggles with stairs or steep inclines, but otherwise it was a perfect location to access all that downtown Galena has to offer. We did not spend all that much time in the apartment itself, but it was comfortable, clean, and had everything we needed for our stay. Excellent communication with the host and very clear and easy instructions for check in, check out, parking, and anything else we needed know.
