About this apartment rental
A newly renovated 2 bedroom apt located in the heart of town. Great for couples, families and everyday travelers. The location is AMAZING! Hoboken offers a stunning panoramic scene and waterfront walkway of the famous NYC skyline Only 5 min walk. NYC is accessible by Train, bus, ferry and car. This apt offers Smart entertainment systems including, Netflix, Free Wifi & a fully equipped kitchen. Short walking distance to restaurants, bars and local storefronts that cater to all your needs.

The apartment is located on the 2nd floor & offers a queen size bed in one bedroom, 2 twin beds in the 2nd bedroom and a full comfy sofa bed. Sleeps up to 5 guests and provides extra towels, sheets and common toiletry products.

Please be courteous of our neighbors in the building. They like us and we like them.
ABSOLUTELY NO SMOKING- Violators will be asked to leave.
Be advised. Hoboken is considered City living, and our building is occupied with 8 units. Consistent with City living, guests may be subjected to hearing noise from their neighbors. However, loud disruptive noises (loud music or parties) will not be tolerated by us. If you are uncomfortable with that and are seeking complete silence, this rental is probably not for you.
Parking- The city of hoboken does not offer free parking, however upon request we can secure you an on street visitor parking permit for a reasonable fee. This will allow you park on the non-resident side without worry of feeding the meters. The other option is a parking garage only 1 block away for a fee of $26 a day.

The property is clean, the host is great with communication, and the location is excellent, especially with the train nearby for easy access to New York.
One thing to mention is that, being in a lively area, there can occasionally be some noise from cars in the early morning, people outside, or footsteps from other guests.
That said, this is not something the host can really control, and overall I still give it 5 stars. I would definitely stay there again.

Host was amazing and super helpful! Place was a 10 min walk to Hoboken PATH that takes you right into NYC. There is shopping and food all around. We loved staying here!

Safe neighborhood- easy commute to NYC- about a 10 minute walk to the train station (well lit). Toasty warm inside for our December trip. Great communication from the host.Bedrooms are on opposite sides of the kitchen/living room area.
