About this apartment rental
A newly renovated 2 bedroom apt located in the heart of town. Great for couples, families and everyday travelers. The location is AMAZING! Hoboken offers a stunning panoramic scene and waterfront walkway of the famous NYC skyline Only 5 min walk. NYC is accessible by Train, bus, ferry and car. This apt offers Smart entertainment systems including, Netflix, Free Wifi & a fully equipped kitchen. Short walking distance to restaurants, bars and local storefronts that cater to all your needs.

The apartment is located on the 2nd floor & offers a queen size bed in one bedroom, 2 twin beds in the 2nd bedroom and a full comfy sofa bed. Sleeps up to 5 guests and provides extra towels, sheets and common toiletry products.

ABSOLUTELY NO SMOKING- Violators will be asked to leave.
Be advised. Hoboken is considered City living, and our building is occupied with 8 units. Consistent with City living, guests may be subjected to hearing noise from their neighbors. However, loud disruptive noises (loud music or parties) will not be tolerated by us. If you are uncomfortable with that and are seeking complete silence, this rental is probably not for you.
Parking- The city of hoboken does not offer free parking, however upon request we can secure you an on street visitor parking permit for a reasonable fee. This will allow you park on the non-resident side without worry of feeding the meters. The other option is a parking garage only 1 block away for a fee of $26 a day.

Good experience. Description correct. Friendly communication. Nice and calm neighborhood with shops and small restaurants. That's making sense after and before an exiting but stressful day in NYC.

This property was a great place to stay as our family visited NYC! About a 12 minute walk to the PATH over to NYC. Enjoyed walking around Hoboken as well. Only reason for the 4 star (instead of 5) was that kitchen was lacking a roasting pan as we did plan to do some cooking while there. Also had issues with the internet working on one of the bedroom tv's. The main tv worked, so we just used that one. Overall, we had an enjoyable experience!!

It’s a nice place and the location is ideal. The distance to Washington St. and train station into Manhattan are very walkable.
