About this house rental
Welcome to Hidden Oak Oasis, the perfect Poconos getaway! This spacious property with its open floor plan is the ideal spot for a family or large group of friends. Large backyard with hot tub, deck, hammock, and gas grill is exactly what you need for a relaxing summer trip. Our garage has been transformed into an awesome game room that will entertain adults and children for hours on end.

Guests have access to the full space besides 1 locked rooms in the basement and 1 locked hallway closet upstairs.
We are available at all times via the AirBnb app and live local to the area in event of an emergency.
Quite neighborhood close to local attractions.

We always recommend AWD or 4WD during the winter months in the Poconos!
*To book you MUST be at least 25 years of age. We will need a form of ID to prove that the person renting is 25 years old. No exceptions to this policy. The person renting the property MUST be present during the stay--no bookings for any other parties allowed.
*DOGS - We need to be notified of all dogs at time of booking, $40 fee applies per booking. All dogs must be leashed in the community, while off our property. Please clean up after pets both inside and outside. Any damages, stains, or excessive hair left behind by your dog will result in additional charges. We ask that pets be limited to 2, but feel free to ask us if you have additional.
*Dogs should be on flea and tick meds and/or cream. We will ask this to be confirmed when you book. We are in the mountains where these insects are present so this precaution is necessary.
*No unregistered guests allowed, all visitors must be listed on the booking
*NO PARTIES OR EVENTS ALLOWED
*No fireworks - you will be responsible for all fines imposed by the Community
*No food down the drain
*Only flush toilet paper down toilets- we are on septic so this is very important
*No glass in the hot tub or around the hot tub
* No jumping or diving in the hot tub!
* Children under 5 should not use our hot tub.
* All children should be accompanied by an adult while using the hot tub at all times.
*It is not recommended to use hot tubs for longer than 30 minutes at one time. If you feel faint, please exit the hot tub immediately.
* Women who are pregnant are recommended to not use hot tubs
* Any damage to our hot tub will result in extra fees, please respect this expensive amenity we provide.
*Do not leave trash/food outside. Wildlife live in the area and will get into any trash or food left outside.
*Township may implement burn bans at their discretion, property management will notify you of any bans in the area
*No smoking of any kind is allowed inside the home- this includes vaping, please dispose of cigarette butts in the trash.
*No food or trash is to be left outside- we are in BEAR COUNTRY-please be mindful of this. Put all garbage and recycling in provided garbage cans.
*Please note checking out on time is extremely important to our cleaning crew's schedule. Any unauthorized late-check outs will result in fees.

We stayed here with my 1 and almost 4 year old. They loved all the property had to offer. Central location to state parks and Delaware water gap. We also traveled to Jim Thorpe which was not long at all. Extremely close to grocery stores, restaurants, and all the things we could need! The game room was awesome for my kiddos so much to do! Mom and Dad even had some fun! We talked about making this a yearly trip since it went so well. Only draw back was no child locks on doors or gate to block steps, but we made do. Also couldn’t find a vacuum to clean up the endless Cheerios my toddlers love to spill. but overall amazing!!

The house is beautiful. Spacious for our family of 7 plus our dog. The game room was great for everyone of us, ranging ages 10-45 yrs old. Stores were nearby incase we needed anything, which is a plus. The outdoor scenery is beautiful, families of deer in the early mornings. Definitely recommend this home for a scenic family friendly getaway. Hopefully we get to come back again! :)
