There is an outdoor dining area close to the pool and two separate outdoor lounging areas.The simple and no frills design of the villa interior creates a strong sense of space and calm. The whitewashed walls, attractive wooden shutters and cool terracotta flooring simply add to the Mediterranean charm.A 5 minute walk down the hill is a bar/restaurant (summer only) and the nearest town is just 5 minutes by car. It's also only a short drive to the bustling seaside town of Sitges with its boutiques, cafes, bars, restaurants and miles of golden sandy beaches. The world famous and cosmopolitan city of Barcelona is just 40 minutes away and numerous other world-class destinations are within an easy day trip.The area also offers unlimited opportunities for sports and activities such as mountain biking, hill walking, tennis and numerous water sports.ACCOMMODATIONVilla Rosa offers simple and unpretentious holiday accommodation, which is immaculately presented and equipped to the high standards expected of a quality holiday home.Villa Rosa can comfortably sleep up to 10 guests (families only) in 5 bedrooms arranged over two floors as follows;Ground FloorThe lounge, dining area and kitchen are laid out in a bright and spacious open plan design. The lounge area is amply sized and comfortably furnished with sofas and chairs and features an open fireplace for those cooler out of season evenings. The lounge area has double doors leading to the outside 'chill-out' area and the pool.The kitchen is fully equipped in a modern style, the dining area has a huge square table large enough for all the family to eat together, and double doors leading out to the outdoor eating area and the pool.Also on the ground floor is a large double bedroom, full bathroom plus additional toilet with washbasin.Upper FloorThe upper floor features 4 bedrooms, a family bathroom and an additional shower room. There is a large pine dining table and chairs for family outdoor dining plus comfortable low seating for relaxation in the 'chill-out' area.The 1st floor has a lovely large terrace with views overlooking the swimming pool and the natural park.The villa has plenty of attractions to keep the kids amused including a full size table tennis table, basketball net and, of course, a great swimming pool.There is secure off-street parking on the driveway for two cars and there is also plenty of free street parking outside the villa with no permit required.We have an office in Sitges, we will be there if you need us at all.At check-in you will be given a 24hr emergency number.Although a local bus and taxi service is available we do recommend hiring a car in order to fully enjoy the local amenities and attractions.Villa Rosa is suitable for wheelchair users.Our office in Sitges is on hand during your stay, should you need us.Prices do not include tourist tax of 1.00 € / person / day.
