Master bedroom: One king bed sleeping 2 (lower level)
Bedroom 2: One queen bed sleeping 2 (main floor) with an attached bathroom
Bedroom 3: One queen bed sleeping 2 (lower level)
Bunk Room: 2 Bunk beds and 2 twin beds sleeping 4 (main floor)
A total of 10 guests at max capacity.
Note: We appreciate no parties / large gatherings / events on site. This includes bachelorette & bachelor parties! If your group is looking for a location that allow for these, please contact us to see if another home will fit your needs!

We are located in a quiet neighborhood along the shores of Silver Lake! This is a family-friendly neighborhood & one that allows for peace and relaxation!
We appreciate no parties / large gatherings / events on site. This includes bachelorette & bachelor parties! If your group is looking for a location that allow for these, please contact us to see if another home will fit your needs!
Getting Around:
The home is 15 minutes to downtown Traverse City.
Other Things to Note:
This is a strictly non-smoking property, including all indoor and outdoor areas.
In warm months, we can recommend an on-site boat rental! Contact BVR with any questions or interest!
For insurance and liability reasons, guests are strictly not permitted to tie any watercraft to the dock under any circumstances.
Check-In: Is at 4 pm (Early Check-in is not possible due to our cleaning crew needing to complete their work)
Check-Out: Is at 10 am (We are unable to accommodate late check-out, our cleaning service will arrive at the house promptly at 10 AM.)

I guess price was reasonable for first week of July. But house, while serviceable is showing its age. Broken handles, worn carpet, poor ventilation in rooms upstairs. But overall, I’d probably do it again. The lakeside location and amenities were pretty awesome.
