For all renters with boats, LACC requires a $125* fee to be paid by renters through LACC directly. Any fines incurred by renter will be paid by the renter, or deducted from security deposit.

Wonderful, comfortable, and memorable stay! The house was clean, filled with a bunch of amenities, and in a perfect location. The backyard had everything you need for a lakefront vacation. The hosts were extremely responsive and very friendly! Would highly recommend this house.

Great location, right on the lake. We loved being able to hear the water and walk right out and enjoy the lake. Very comfortable and well equipped for our extended family. Owners are very nice and accommodating. Had everything that we needed for a fantastic stay.

This home was perfect for our large family group! The open kitchen, dinning and living room meant we could all hangout together. Kitchen was very well stocked and appliances were top notch. Kitchen even has two dishwashers which made clean up a breeze. Large table was great for meals and games! We all enjoyed the dock and the lake access! Hope to return soon!
