This private 1300 sq. foot walk-out private entry basement apartment is minutes from world class skiing, hiking, and mountain biking at Alta, Snowbird, Brighton, Solitude, and MillCreek Canyon. Walkability to shops, restaurants, grocery, and UTA bus. The apartment boasts a large private bathroom with oversized shower, and a well equipped kitchen for meal prep. Kitchen offers a 2 burner cooktop, convection oven, microwave, toaster oven, coffee maker, full sized refrigerator, and dishwasher. The space includes comfy couches for post adventure relaxing, a TV for streaming your favorite shows and movies, and a designated office work space with high speed internet for remote work. Place was very nice. The apartment was clean and exactly as advertised. Great location to get to the mountain quickly for skiing, also close drive to downtown! Thanks for letting us enjoy your place!

The information in the ad was accurate but lacking being thorough. The basement unit with separate entrance is very spacious for 2 people. The bathroom is large with large shower. Overall the area is a good size. The owner does not mention she has a dog that is sometimes in the yard. She did send that information after we rented with how to get into the unit. However, the ad does not state there is no stove, there is a portable hot plate with 2 burners. No vent hood. Kitchen utensils was somewhat lacking/basic as there were no large bowls or serving plates. There was a microwave and an older mini countertop convection air oven I believe, we didn't use it. My belief is that it was a finished recreation basement set up with a bar that was converted to a rental unit. Part of the bar counter is tapped for a keg with mini fridge below. It says the unit is equipped with smoke detectors. It has two, the one outside of the bedroom was dismantled. The one in the kitchen had no flashing light which gives me the indication that it wasn't possibly working. There is no TV service. The unit has wireless internet. You need a laptop to connect to the TV, bring a HDMI cable as the one there gave difficulty to connect. The owner controls the heat and a mini space heater is provided in the basement.
