About this house rental
New ground floor quiet apartment, in a duplex with private parking. It is a house fully furnished with electric shutters, double glazing, comfortable rooms, airconditioned, sunny, warm and comfy.
The house has its own private entrance and keys for the iron gate. Kitchen is fully equipped with a big table for six, tea-coffee & cookies on us! Walkable shower with solar water heater and big light bedroom with private branded bedsheets and towels will make your staying comfortable.
Opening the living room balcony door you get to our private courtyard with the parking area and the garden. Opening the bedroom balcony door, you can have a drink or coffee at our backyard. The white sofa bed can sleep one person comfortably. Wi Fi is wireless of 50MBps in area.
Quiet neighborhood, a few kilometers far from the Parnitha Mountain National Park, Casino & Tatoi Forest, 20' to Marathonas Lake and Penteli Mountain. We are located close to the National and Attiki Avenues that take you to Piraeus port & Athens Riviera in 20' driving.
In a 2' walking distance there are supermarkets, a grocery store, kiosk, pharmacies, cafes. In 3' walking distance is the bus stop for Kifissia - Piraeus urban train and the bus stop to Athens downtown A10, B10 lines.
We live upstairs and be there for you with tips and recommendations if needed. Athens suburbs would love to host you! 🌸
