This place was perfect for our 2 couples. There was plenty of space in the main area to cook and lounge. Everything from coffee pods, pots and pans, icemaker, and utensils. The deck was perfect for lounging and grilling. Laundry was provided on site if needed as well as some beach gear in the garage. Half a block walk to one beach and two blocks to the ocean Beach and a nice little convenience store one block away for snacks, beer or toiletries. The area was quiet. Parking is tight especially on weekends, but we always found a spot close by. We will definitely stay here again if in the area.

We had a wonderful stay and would absolutely stay here again! The location was perfect, close to both the marina and the beach while still being quiet and relaxing.We spent most of our days at the marina, and it was absolutely beautiful. Being so close made it easy to enjoy the waterfront and everything the area has to offer. We had no issues with parking. The property was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. The neighborhood felt safe, and it was a great home base for exploring Long Beach. Overall, we had a fantastic experience and would highly recommend this property to anyone visiting the area. The host was amazing and super responsive!! Thank you for a great trip!
