About this house rental
Recently updated West Hollywood home near Melrose and Fairfax offers 5 bedrooms, 5-1/2 baths, home office and theater. Backyard w/year-round heated pool and hot tub as well as outdoor fireplace and large deck.
Weekly housekeeping (for longer stays), gardening, pool maintenance included. Gym in garage with full weight machine and Peloton tread.
Flexible bedroom arrangement for families, friends or groups up to 12. Out of respect for our neighbors, please no large parties/events.

* Sitting room with Steinway grand piano
* 10-person dining room table
* Pool and hot tub with mahogany deck and lounge chairs/umbrellas

* Off-street parking for two cars and ample street parking; electronic gate system
* Gourmet kitchen with Sub-Zero and Wolf appliances, along with imported stone counter tops and a center island.
The house has five (5) bedrooms with layout as follows:

- Bedroom 1: one king bed (ensuite bathroom - shower)
