77-square-meter vacation apartment with garden area—lovingly refurnished and renovated in 2024
Living room with a new smart TV, PlayStation 4, and soundbar
Enjoy relaxing moments on the large, cozy couch, which can be converted into a comfortable double bed if needed. On the 55-inch smart TV, you can watch over 100 TV channels for free. The soundbar with subwoofer creates a cinema-like atmosphere. For gamers, there’s a PlayStation 4 Pro with several games suitable for all ages. The large dining table offers plenty of space for everyone. From the dining room, a staircase leads up to the attic.
A wonderful bedroom with a box-spring bed in the attic
Definitely one of the highlights!
You can reach the converted attic via a steep staircase from the living room. Up here, you’ll find a comfortable double box-spring bed, a crib with a changing table, and several dressers for your laundry.
There are two Velux windows that can be blacked out.
For hot days, we offer a portable air conditioner.
The attic has a floor area of 30 square meters; due to the sloping ceilings, these square meters are not included in the 77-square-meter living area. The staircase leading upstairs is safe and professionally built.
Please note, however, that the staircase to the attic is not suitable for small children or people with mobility impairments.
Of course, we provide a safety gate at both the top and bottom of the stairs. Just pull it out and hook it in—that’s it.
Second bedroom with a large bunk bed (also suitable for adults)
Here you’ll find a sturdy bunk bed (90 x 200 cm), a dresser, and the most comfortable beanbag chair in the world (at least!).
Each level of the bunk bed measures 90 x 200 cm, making it suitable for adults as well. For our younger guests, we provide a travel crib and a high chair free of charge.
