The apartment is approximately 35 square meters and was completely renovated inside in March 2024. It is located on the ground floor of a 3-storey building and has a large private and reserved courtyard of approximately 16 square meters where you can eat and relax. Its location is approximately 170 meters from the sea and approximately 110 meters from the pedestrian area of Grottammare (Corso Mazzini). This is the most central area of Grottammare. In front of the apartment there is a butcher's shop and next to it a bar. Within 150 meters: daily market for fruit and vegetables, bakery, pharmacy, tobacconist, mini-market, ice cream parlors, pizzerias and various shops. Furthermore, a few minutes away, there is the Ricciotti pine forest with a fenced children's park.
The interior of the apartment consists of a bedroom with 1 double bed 160x190 and a single bed 80x190. The mattresses have single pocket springs with quilted toppers to guarantee the highest quality for your sleep.
The interior is completed by a large kitchen equipped with a sofa bed (140x160) and a bathroom with shower and bidet.
The courtyard, which is accessed from the kitchen, is private and fenced, has tables, chairs, a bench and a service sink.
Sheets, blankets and towels are extra, they must be requested immediately after booking.
Check-in is by appointment only, between 3pm and 7pm
Upon check-out the apartment must be returned clean. Cleaning during the stay is the responsibility and expense of the guest.
