Very recently renovated top to bottom with high end finishes! 2+2 fully furnished, full size kitchen, backyard with artificial grass and outdoor seating area, driveway up to the front door, Tesla level 2 home charger (extra charge) living room has a working gas fireplace. The location is very conveniently located no more than 7 mins from the 405, 101, and 170 freeways, 10 minutes driving to Universal Studios and Hollywood there are plenty of restaurants, and shops nearby!

We got the chance to stay in this beautiful accommodation for 6 weeks and we had a great time here! The communication with the owners was really good and the location was pretty quiet. We were pleasantly surprised, because the house was even more beautiful than it already appeared on the photos. Thank you for letting us stay here! Greetings from Austria, Europe.
