Entire, private, and quiet home (2 to 4 people) in Cormeilles-en-Parisis, 15 minutes from Paris by train (*), easily accessible by car (A15 highway 10 minutes away, parking available in the garden).
This is a self-contained unit located on the same property as the owners’ primary residence, ideal for 2 people, with the option to sleep 4 using the living room sofa bed.
A recently built, architect-designed home that is very bright and pleasant, with a terrace area.
Perfect for exploring Paris and the Île-de-France region.
On the first floor, there is a main room with a sitting area and a fully equipped kitchen, as well as a bathroom with a shower and toilet.
On the mezzanine, a bedroom with a 140-size bed (the skylights have electric blackout shades).
Minimum rental period: 3 nights.
Beds are made upon arrival.
Pets and smokers are not allowed.
Regarding the Paris Olympics, please note that Cormeilles-en-Parisis, a town designated as a “Terre de jeux 2024” site, will host the Olympic torch relay on July 19, and its new Gilles Boutantin Stadium has been selected as a training venue for Japan’s men’s national team.
In addition, the Yves-Du-Manoir Stadium in Colombes (an iconic venue from the 1924 Paris Olympics) is only 6 km away and easily accessible by train. It will host the field hockey events.
(*) The Cormeilles-en-Parisis train station is a 10-minute walk from the accommodation and provides access to downtown Paris (Saint-Lazare station) in 15 minutes. Buses also provide access to the Sartrouville RER A station or the Bezons T2 tram terminal.
The SNCF train station and adjacent bus station in Cormeilles-en-Parisis (located a 10-minute walk from the apartment) provide service to:
- Saint-Lazare Station in the heart of Paris (Transilien Line J) in 15 minutes (one train every 7 minutes during rush hour)
- the Sartrouville RER station (Bus No. 30-05) in 20 minutes (for access to RER Line A)
- the Bezons Bridge (Bus No. 3) in 30 minutes (for access to the T2 tram toward La Défense)
Note that the Noctilien N52 bus terminates here (continuous service from 12:30 a.m. to 5:00 a.m., travel time: 1 hour from Saint-Lazare Station). Since the beginning of the year, a second bus line, the N155, has also been serving the Cormeilles station from Saint-Lazare (4 round trips, departing from Saint-Lazare at 1:45 a.m., 2:45 a.m., 3:45 a.m., and 4:45 a.m., travel time: 1 hour)
