This separate holiday home for up to 2 adults and 2 children is quietly located on the edge of the village and forest, just a few minutes' walk from the Malchow lido, within a residential estate on a plot of approx. 1,300 m². Shops and restaurants are within easy reach and the town centre is approx. 1.5 km away. The 2023 extensively extended and renovated, approx. 84 sqm, single-storey non-smoking house is tastefully furnished to a high standard and has a large living room (sofa bed, dining table, flat-screen TV, radio) with open-plan kitchen (electric cooker with oven, fridge with freezer, dishwasher, coffee machine, toaster, kettle, dining counter), a bedroom (double bed), a children's room (single bed with extra bed, toys), a large bathroom (shower, WC, washing machine, hairdryer), a guest WC and a hallway. The house is centrally heated and there are electric shutters (living room) and insect screens (bedroom) in front of the windows.In addition, there is a furnished terrace, barbecue, car park, bicycle storage facilities, a high chair and free Wi-Fi.The total price includes final cleaning, water and energy consumption as well as bed linen and towels. The small town of Malchow is a tourist gem in the centre of the Mecklenburg Lake District. It is also known as the island town, as the old town is surrounded by Lake Fleesensee and Lake Malchow and is connected by an earth dam and a listed swing bridge, which opens several times a day for boat traffic. There are also passenger boat moorings, a harbour, restaurants, cafés and shopping facilities. Other attractions include the monastery church, the town mill, a large bathing beach, a summer toboggan run, a monkey forest and a riding stables just outside the town, boat and bicycle hire directly in the town and wellness, sports and golf facilities at the nearby holiday resort Land Fleesensee.
