Ferienwohnung Zinnowitz Seebad

This small holiday room, measuring approx. 16 square metres and suitable for up to 2 people, is situated on the ground floor of an annexe on the owner’s 940-square-metre residential plot, within a quiet residential estate in a central location. The Baltic Sea beach is about 800 metres away, whilst restaurants, cafés and shops are within a 500-metre radius.It features a combined living/sleeping area (2 sofa beds, flat-screen TV, radio/CD player, dining area), a kitchenette (electric hob, fridge with freezer compartment, various kitchen appliances) and a bathroom with shower and toilet. The flat is heated by electric heating. There is a furnished outdoor seating area with barbecue facilities and a car park. You can bring your own bed linen and towels or hire them. If arriving by car, you must bring your own bed linen. Pets are not permitted. The Baltic seaside resort of Zinnowitz is a state-recognised spa resort and is therefore subject to a visitor’s tax (payable on site).



The Baltic Sea resort of Zinnowitz, with its wide sandy beach and promenade dotted with villas well worth seeing, is one of the most beautiful seaside resorts on the island of Usedom. Numerous restaurants, shopping facilities, a surfing and sailing school, a well-developed network of cycle paths, as well as tennis courts and thermal baths ensure a varied holiday. In summer, spa and cultural programmes take place regularly. A highlight is the Vineta Festival, which is performed throughout the summer on the open-air stage. The town also boasts a 300-metre-long pier with a diving gondola. From here, boat trips can be taken to other seaside resorts as far as Poland.
