First floor...
- Living room #1 with a large couch, chairs, and a 55" Samsung Smart TV
- Dining room area with chairs
- Full kitchen #1 with a smaller dining table, large fridge, dishwasher, and updated appliances!
- Half bathroom
- Washer/dryer located in the basement
Second floor...
- Full bathroom with tub/shower
- Full bathroom with tub/shower
- Office/lounge area with chairs, desk space, and a 42" Samsung Smart TV
- Bedroom (purple sheets) has a full-sized bed and a closet with hangers
- Bedroom has a queen-sized sofa bed, closet, and a 42" Samsung Smart TV mounted on the wall
- Bedroom (blue sheets w/ decorative pillow) is the largest room and has a closet and queen-sized bed
- Bedroom (tan sheets) has a queen bed, dresser, and a private sink in the closet!
- Bedroom (blue sheets, smaller room) has a queen-sized bed, dresser, and another private sink!
- Bedroom (green sheets) has a queen bed, dresser, and, you guessed it, another private sink in the closet!
- 11:00 pm Quiet Hours
- We do NOT allow late check out. There is a charge of $25/10 min after 11AM.
- Must 25+ to book
- No parties/smoking in the home ($500 fine) If house rules are broken, guest forfeit their right to leave a review.
- NO OUTSIDE GUESTS (all guests must be included in reservation total) unless approved by the host, $100 per unauthorized guest each night).
- $500 fine per night for any unauthorized pets. This listing is not pet friendly!
- If a security team is called due to an infraction of the house rules, the guest agrees to pay for the security team ($500 minimum) and the duration of the reservation, even if removed by the security team due to the infraction.
- Please DO NOT flush feminine products/paper towels/any foreign substance down the toilet (ONLY toilet paper). It is not good for the pipes and if there is an issue we may pass the charge onto the guest.
- We do have Ring Cameras outside the property. Any blocking of the cameras will lead to an automatic eviction, forfeiture of security deposit, no refund and a fine. Please do not block these cameras.
- Please no burning of candles, incense, or anything else in the home. If done, this will be treated as “smoking” in our house rules. Thank you.

We were in town for a funeral with some couple friends. Such a great house with multiple bedrooms. Better than others that advertise a ton of beds and then half of them are on futons and pull out sofas. The other nice surprise is that at least three of the bedrooms had a sink and mirror in the closet - making it easy to get ready for the day and brush teeth at night. 2 showers seems like it may not be enough but was plenty for our group with the help of the sinks to do makeup and hair.
