The apartment has a spacious living and dining area with a comfortable couch, a flat-screen TV and a dining table for 2 people.
The open kitchen is fully equipped with a ceramic hob, oven, fridge with freezer compartment and coffee machine. The bedroom is equipped with a comfortable double bed and enough storage space for clothes and luggage.
The modern bathroom has a shower, toilet and sink.
From the living room you can access the balcony, where you can enjoy the fresh North Sea air and the view of the surroundings. In the Kurpark Residence there is a wellness area including a swimming pool, whirlpool and saunas.
The beach is only a few minutes' walk away and offers beach chairs, toilets and showers. There are many restaurants, cafes and shopping facilities nearby.
Free parking is available for guests.

As a landlord or brokerage agency, we are obliged to collect the visitor's tax on behalf of the city of Cuxhaven and pay it to the city of Cuxhaven.
In addition, we charge a service and handling fee of 3% of the accommodation price for processing and processing.
