The apartment is located in a new building with a communal pool, 400 meters from the beaches of Marbella (a 5-minute walk), and 350 meters from supermarkets, pharmacies, restaurants, and other amenities. Downtown is just 2 km away (5 minutes by taxi), the Mall Plaza shopping center is 1.3 km away, the airport and the pier for the Rosario Islands are 3 km away, and the beaches of Bocagrande are 4 km away.
The apartment has all the amenities: air conditioning, a balcony with a sea view (diagonal), kitchen appliances, a washing machine, a refrigerator, a coffee maker, and an iron. The shower water isn’t heated since here in the Caribbean we have an average year-round temperature of 28–30 degrees!
