About this house rental
All Ashore! This custom-built oasis is the ideal beach vacation home! As you enter, the ground floor offers a landing pad for your flip flops and beach necessities. Once you travel up the stairs you will be welcomed by the impeccably decorated open concept living, kitchen, and dining area. There is a screened in porch and dining space just off of the kitchen to enjoy breakfast or sunset evening meals. All Ashore offers 4 bedrooms, 2.5 baths, with the King master bedroom and en suite situated on the main living level. The main living room floor also houses a cozy covered porch with rocking chairs, perfect to take an afternoon moment to just relax. The 2nd King bedroom is located on the main living level as well. The second floor boasts 2 Queen bedrooms, one with a private covered porch. The 2nd floor has full bathroom with ample counter space. Gather the family to enjoy game nights in around the 2nd floor living room that has a TV and minifridge/bar area. The extremely inviting outdoor space includes a fenced in back yard, furniture for lounging by the pool, and an outdoor enclosed shower. The covered sitting area is the perfect location to enjoy an afternoon cocktail while grilling out. At night, the home exudes warmth from the outdoor lighting that all porches are adorned with. Located just a brief 3-minute stroll to public beach access, this home is your next destination for your dream beach vacation! All bedrooms are equipped with smart TVs for guest to logon to their private streaming accounts. Golf cart charging available. Requested use of elevator requires a $200 refundable deposit. Linens Included. Please note, gas fireplace is on only for owner or off-season winter rentals.

This house had loads of items you would not find in other rentals (batteries, paper goods, . The location was 4 houses from the beach access and had toys, chairs, wagon, umbrellas, etc. 5 parking spaces gave us enough spaces for nearby family to visit. The elevator was great for my 82 year old mother-in- law to use as well as my sister-in-law who uses a wheelchair. The house is handicap accessible only in meaning entering the house. The showers are not zero entry and the only wheelchair accessible toilet was on the third floor. The beds are too high for transfers. The main living area was spacious enough. My sister-in-law could only visit us at the house but could not stay with us.
