Relax in this apartment that will make you feel at home. The comfort and luxury of the apartment allow your guests to feel welcomed in a serene environment which has technology in two devices located in the master bedroom and the living room. The space has a wonderful view of the capital located on the south side. The sunrise and sunset can be seen from the apartment or you can also go up to the top floor and watch it from the rooftop.

The apartment has a master bedroom with a queen bed, a full bathroom, a reading table, a ceiling fan, a TV with Chromecast a full closet, and a GNest for your use.

The secondary room has a cabin with a double bed and a single bed. Smart TV, full closet, and ceiling fan. Both have views of the city of San Jose.

The kitchen is fully equipped with utensils and appliances. Complimentary coffee, sugar, and oil.

The laundry room has a washing machine and all cleaning utensils.

The living room and dining room are integrated with SmartTv and GNest and its amenities.

Guest Access
Before your arrival, send your full name, identification number, and email address if you have one, the same for your companions. (this is to authorize entry to the condominium)

We register you immediately and the information will be accessible in the Altamira system as guests of apartment A0708.

When you arrive at the access booth, go through the entry process indicating that you are going to apartment A0708. The parking number will be provided to you when confirming the reservation.

When parking, enter building A, and go up to the 7th floor, apartment 08. (Access to the keys will be provided to you when confirming the reservation)

The tennis and squash courts, the semi-Olympic swimming pool and the barbecue ranches require reservations 2 days in advance. We will be happy to manage it ourselves. The VIP cinema also requires a reservation, and an extra charge.
