About this house rental
One of two holiday homes located separately on the owner's 2,500 m², beautifully landscaped residential property in a central location. The Baltic Sea beach is about a 10-minute walk away. There are shops and restaurants within a few hundred metres.
This holiday home is equipped with a living room (upholstered furniture, flat-screen TV, wood-burning stove), two bedrooms (1 x as a walk-through room with double bed, 1 x 2 single beds), an open kitchen (electric cooker with oven, fridge with freezer, dining table, various kitchen appliances) and a bathroom with shower/WC.
Each house has two outdoor seating areas facing in opposite directions. This allows you to enjoy the sun both in the morning and in the evening. The holiday homes are heated with electric heating (night storage heater). Internet (WLAN) is also available. There are also sun loungers, a barbecue, storage space for bicycles and a car park in the outdoor area.
The total price includes final cleaning, bed linen, towels as well as water and energy consumption. The Ostseebad Zinnowitz is subject to visitor's tax. PLEASE NOTE: The property is not suitable for children under the age of 10!
The Baltic seaside resort of Zinnowitz, with its wide sandy beach and promenade lined with villas worth seeing, is one of the most beautiful seaside resorts on the island of Usedom. Numerous restaurants, shopping facilities, a surfing and sailing school, a well-developed network of cycle paths, tennis courts and thermal baths make for a varied holiday. There are regular spa and cultural programmes in summer. The highlight is the Vineta Festival, which is performed on the open-air theatre throughout the summer. The town also has a 300 metre long pier with a diving gondola. From here, boat trips can be made to other seaside resorts as far away as Poland.
