Pappaw's Fishing Pad #1 in Bluff City TN offers a picturesque retreat nestled along the tranquil South Holston River, renowned for its trout fishing and named one of the top 5 rivers by USA Today. This cozy waterfront unit features 2 bedrooms and 1 bath, comfortably accommodating up to 5 guests. The main bedroom boasts a queen bed, while the second bedroom provides 3 single beds, ideal for families or small groups. (Our nightly rate includes 2 guests, each additional guest is $40/night additional. (This is a very strict policy.) We do have security cameras on the Parking Area only of the property.
Step onto the deck and immerse yourself in the stunning river views while enjoying your morning coffee or evening meals. Inside, you'll find all the modern amenities you need for a comfortable stay, including a washer, dryer, microwave, and coffee bar with To-Go Cups, Ground Coffee and K-cups along with assorted Creamers and Sweeteners.
