Clear communication and a great location. The apartment very little natural light but it was as advertised in that aspect.

Johanna and Michael were extremely timely in responding to my many questions, We loved how spacious the apartment was and how much storage space there was. The kitchen had great appliances. A few bowls would be nice. We had a hard time learning how to use washer/dryer. Rug in living room has stains and should be cleaned or replaced. 1st bathroom sink needs work. There is a step down from the dining/kitchen to living room which is not mentioned in the description. I am semi-handicapped and this was difficult. A better description of check in process would have helped. The taxi left us at the curb in a downpour and we had no idea exactly where the apartment was located. An abundance of restaurants are within walking distance, It was a quiet area and sleeping was no problem. All in all we enjoyed our stay and hope the few issues I'm mentioning can be addressed.

We loved the location of this apartment! It is a short walk to a lot of popular attractions, the subway, and there are plenty of cute cafes around the area. It was the perfect space for our family! Thanks and we will recommend!

Great first-floor 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom apt in gated building in the 1er arrondissement. Location is fantastic - walking distance to many good neighborhood restaurants, a taxi stand, the metro, markets for groceries/any household necessities, shopping in Samaritaine and the Marais boutiques, and of course the Louvre and Pompidou Museums. Quiet despite proximity to action. Washer-dryer in the apt is very useful/helpful. The hosts are pleasant and quick to respond.
